As a result of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, we have closed our offices to the public. The Information and Digital Support Drop-in Hub at the Leemore Centre will be closed until Government advise it is safe for clients, and for our staff and volunteers. Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers has been working hard to maintain a service despite all the uncertainties caused by the pandemic. We continue to help clients by ‘phone and will soon be opening an email channel. If you call the Advice Line, we can signpost you to relevant information and will aim to resolve your query. We make appointments for debt enquiries and energy advice which will be conducted over the phone. A limited number of telephone appointments are available for people in need of support with benefit claims – please note these are prioritised for clients who match our vulnerability criteria.
